Il caffè a buon mercato non è mai davvero economico: il prezzo ricade sempre su qualcuno o qualcosa. In Vietnam, il costo è rappresentato dalle foreste, dalla fauna e dalle comunità locali. È imperativo che l’era del caffè a basso costo, basata sulla distruzione forestale, finisca ora.
